Formula G-510
Formula G-510, a Concentrated Colloid Cleaner, is recommended for waterwash hood systems. Formula
G-510 will remove the daily accumulation of grease, will not damage the rubber and plastic parts of the detergent pumping system and will not harm kitchen employees.

Safety Features:
Current EPA Requirements and the Clean Water Act of 1991 place restrictions on usable products for grease handling and disposal.

Formula G-510 is non-hazardous, non-fuming, non-irritating, non-corrosive, non-caustic, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive, and is biodegradable in seven (7) days.
Chemicals that take longer than seven days are considered "hard chemicals", and may persist in the environment for many years.
Chemicals that are broken down in less than seven days (such as those containing phosphates) are considered biostimulants and are a prime source of water pollution.

Formula G-510 has many other cleaning uses in kitchen/restaurant areas, such as; floors, walls, cooking equipment, vinyl, counters, pots & pans and boiler washdown.
